HTC Touch Diamond – Hacks

So I have had the HTC Touch Diamond for around 1½ days now, and I have already voided the warranty.
The thing is when running a Windows operating system; you can’t just change the language. So I needed to hack it a bit, while searching around the web I found a brilliant forum for these kinds of hacks. I will post them a bit further down.
Thinks that have been improved and added:
Microsoft .NET Compact Framework 3.5
Custom Tweaks for Performance
Enabled HSUPA
Security Enabled

Hacks:
Removed some “Exclusive” applications from the Task Manager’s registry so that they will now appear to be closed when opened. (no harm to the system)

Removed:
Old IRDA Crap (no longer required)
Welcome Center
Alarms (were taking up 5MB)
Windows Update (does not work)
Sample Music (just crap)
Other redundant files

I will continue posting as soon as I experience some good or bad things about the phone, but for now – After being able to install a English version instead of the Swedish version everything seems perfect.
