Service outage – Data lost

Dear community,

Due to a problem encountered with our Swedish ISP (network link that has been down for more than 3 hours), we have deciced to restore a full backup of our main server into our secondary data center. Unfortunately, the full backup is from two days ago (2018.06.28) and thus, some of your data (threads, posts and or plugin store transactions) could be missing. We will try to get back those data at monday when the old server will get moved on.

We are really sorry for the inconvenience.

Note: For those customers which have bought plugins between the 28 and 30 June 2018, feel free to contact us with your paypal transaction ID and customer username. This will make us able to restore your rights manually.
